Muharram mubarak. If you haven't confirmed that you will attend this weekend's workshop continuing the teaching on Death and Dying in Sufism and the Islamic Traditions, either in person or remotely, please do so as soon as possible. Remote attendance is planned using Zoom, with video of Imam Bilal. Please send any questions you want considered by Thursday night, questions are always welcome. It is anticipated Imam Bilal will continue with practical aspects of death and dying, while not losing sight of the spiritual:
--comfort and ease around the critically ill
--last moments of life and transitions
--washing the body and sensitivity and respect with death
--speaking with love and kindness to the recently departed
--blessings for the "people of the graves"
--the grief process
