Appointments are usually an hour and a half to two hours (may be less if over the phone), and he requests $99 or $100. Bilal and Saburah are anticipating the arrival of another grandchild, due date Dec. 6, so an appointment near that time may need to be rescheduled as they go out of town to be with their daughter.
